A curious and pragmatic approach to therapy. Helping you navigate anxiety, trauma, and the patterns that shape your life.
As a clinical psychologist trained at Penn State (PhD) and MGH/Harvard Medical School (internship), I bring extensive training in both psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to our work.
I believe that the best therapy is tailored to you. My style is active and curious. I listen carefully to understand your goals, supporting you connect the dots between your past experiences and your present challenges.
While it's impossible to say what successful therapy looks like before a careful assessment of what led you to seek therapy, in general my patients report suffering less (eg with depression or anxiety) and having stronger, more meaningful relationships over time. This is often supported by an increased sense of freedom and choice that comes from better understanding ourselves and others.
Whether you struggle with frequent anxiety, difficulty bouncing back from stress, or feelings of emptiness, we will work together to address whatever led you to seek therapy.

I use Psychology Today to manage referrals and schedule initial consultations. Please visit my profile to email or call me.
Messages sent from Psychology Today go straight to my email inbox. I answer all calls and emails, and aim to do so within 1-2 business days.
